Still there. I drove past them on Almond just this morning. Actually, Jackson Street continues past Almond a little bit and there are more apartments there- it dead ends behind some of the hospital property-- not sure which one. The Veterans Hospital, part of SUNY Upstate University and Crouse Hospital are all in a row on Irving Ave. at the top of the hill.
