    3. From someone who lives near there and whose husband went to school there: There is no Jackson Street, Road, Ave or anything in Marcellus. Jackson Street in Syracuse runs between Townsend Street and Almond south of Adams street. Brick apartments, subsidized housing that you can see from I81.
