    3. No - the list is a list where anyone from any state can ask for a search in any City Directory... If you can't find the actual URL at the Rootsweb page you can: To contact the CITY-DIRECTORIES list administrator, send an email to CITY-DIRECTORIES-admin@rootsweb.com. To post a message to the CITY-DIRECTORIES mailing list, send an email to CITY-DIRECTORIES@rootsweb.com.
