Liz, did you try looking up George in the Oakwood database found at _http://nortonresearch.com_ (http://nortonresearch.com) ? There is also Civil War data there as well, and I did see a George Johnson listed. I tried doing a search on the Oakwood data, but there seems to be a problem. (My notes indicate you don't need to create a signon.) I do know that I found quite a few family members buried at Oakwood through this site, then cross referenced them to their obits.
