I am not sure of the origins of "Chestnut Ridge," but the medical center formerly known as, and commonly called, Chestnut Ridge is located on the east side Willet Parkway in Radisson about 1/2 mile north of Route 31 in the Town of Lysander. It is outside the Baldwinsville Village limits.
