Dear Listers, I would love to hear from anyone who might have access to an obituary for Arthur Carl Willbrand (b.12 Dec 1895 - d.Sep 1970) He was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. Unfortunately, the SSDI lists only the month and date of his death. (Why is New York State always so stingy with this information?) Also, I believe him to be buried in White Chapel Cemetery (Apostles: Sec/Lot 167D, #2751). However, when I returned to the website where I obtained this information in February 2007, to see if I'd missed a death date, the White Chapel page is there but no longer functions. Many thanks!
