If you mean the Onondaga Valley Presbyterian Church at 275 W Seneca Tnpk, Syracuse, NY 13207, the answer is yes it exists. My family were members when I was a child. The bad news is that the church burned down in the early 1900s. It has been re-built, but I suppose the records may have been lost. Their phone number is (315) 469-0946. A lot of their members are probably buried in the Valley Cemetery.
