Gets kind of lonesome during the holidays, don't it? Ok, here goes. I have WHEELERS who came from Onondago County, NY during the middle 1830's. Apparently, the Erie Canal must have been close by, because it looks like they got itchy feet and went to Ohio. Was wondering if there is anyone else out there in cyberspace who is related to this group? Other family surnames include HAKES; CRANDALL; MAIN;MONTGOMERY; BABCOCK; AND DAILY. Will trade information with anyone related to these families.
