I was wondering if someone could help with information on my g-g-g- grandmother Mary Miller . In the !860 census she is listed as living in Brewerton, 35 yrs. old with 3 children & no husband . Her children were , Abraham b.1841 , Mary b. 1844 , & John b. 1848 . She was born in Canada ( 1825 ? ) . Her oldest child Abraham was born in N.Y. So between 1825 & 1841 Mary came to this country . But being some what new at this , I'm not sure where I would look to find out when she came here & where in Canada she came from . Also who her husband was . Any help would be welcomed .
