    3. Does anyone have information about Kirkville Cemetery located on Pools Brook Rd. in the Town of Manlius? I came across three ancestors on a list on the Rootsweb site. I cannot find any information about a "Kirkville Cemetery" on Switchboard, Four11, etc. I would like to write to this cemetery for records. If anyone could provide me with an address or other information, I would be most grateful. Kevin E. Cary Columbus, OH <kcary@mail.oac.ohio.gov>

However, there is a White Chapel Memory Gardens located on Kinne Rd.-Dewitt that might have the answer or can lead you to it. Their office is at 940 Comstock Ave.-Syracuse 315-475-2194 I believe they are affiliated w/the Oakwood cemetary, but, Kinne Rd. would be approx. where you are looking. You could verify holdings by contacting either source. Greg Ketcham

    1. DENNIS, Cicerco, 1898 help needed
    2. ShMaynard
    3. While going thru my husband's gr.gr.grandfather's Civil War pension applications, I located a letter from his only daughter. Margaret D. FRANCISCO DENNIS lived in Cicero 1 Jan. 1898. She was 55 years old. I've been chasing this daughter for a couple years, but not knowing her husband's name and finding more DENNISs that I care to mention, have not located her anywhere but in this one letter. Does anyone have a city directory for 1898? Or the 1900 soundex for Cicero who would check DENNISs for me? She is the only sister of my husband's gr.grandfather, Thomas Wesley Francisco. Their mother died in NYC sanitorium with consumption 1847. I'd very much like to find Aunt Margaret. Shirley

You might be better off getting City Directories for the earlier years instead of telephone directories -- not very many folks had telephones in those days. City Directories (for Syracuse,at least) are on microfilm and/or microfiche in many genealogical libraries and family history centers. Hope this helps. Diane Wilson Flynn

    3. Hello Friends, On 5 March I put a query about the above names on your wonderful friendly list that I had just joined. A few hours later we received an emergency phone call that our second grandbaby was being born 4 1/2 wks. early in Indianapolis and left within the hour. It was a scary time, but little Nicholas will be just fine. I just returned home to 210 pcs. of email, including many responses to my March 5th query. I WILL answer each and every one. Please do not take my silence for the past ten days as rudeness. Thanks, Sandy L.
