Hello, I was fairly successful with a man from Alabama that went to south central Tennessee for my family research. The local librarian gave us a list , very short, of those that came in to her library. The man charged $250 for one day. He went to the court house , the library in one town , then with the correct info drove to the correct rural area and photographed the tomb stones for us and made a return trip to the library for a little more info gathered from the stones. The price covered a meal, gas, copies, photo developing, and postage for the paper copies. He also e-mailed us his results. I live in Ohio and would never have covered as much in one day since I am unfamiliar with the staff in any of the places.
