    3. I have found the following people on the 1880 Oneida county census, and was wondering if anyone could check earlier ones for me? Sorry, I'm in Iowa, so don't have access to NY records. Any info appreciated. This info is from Forestport NY death records - both buried White Lake Cemetery, Woodgate NY - no tombstones.Betsey Ann Betsinger Mowers died 12/18/1910 ae 81yrs 1dys - so born 1829 - daughter of Christopher & Betsey Sitterly Betsinger.Her husband was Jeremiah Mowers who died 5/19/1901 ae 76yrs 8ms-son of Alvin & Belis Frany Mowers, born in Paynes Hollow. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?     3. Linda, In addition to the censuses, you might try looking for an obit in the Boonville Herald. Boonville is the town west of Forestport and the weekly paper may have covered Forestport deaths. The old issues are on microfilm at the Erwin Library, Boonville, NY 13309. 942-4834.
