I know there is a researcher on the Oneida list seeking information on the Bowne family. While searching Books We Own, a genweb project (for Virginia), I ran across a book which includes that family. Shows the family in NY & VA. Since there is a volunteer with that book, it might be helpful to check it out. I know nothing further on the family personally. Lolene
