The death Mrs. Mary McIntosh aged 81 year. occurred at six oclock Saturday night at the home of her sister Mrs. Emma Pepper. Mrs. McIntosh had been in failing health for some time, due to old age, but had been about the house as usual until Thursday when she took to her bed and she failed gradually untIl the end. Mary Jane Wescott was barn in Monroe Saratoga county, November 10, 1844, the daughter or Lucinda and Newell Wescott She was married at Boonville to Richard McIntosh whose death occurred In 1899 Three children were born to Mr. and Mrs. McIntosh Jennie, Sanford and Minnie all deceased. Mr. and Mrs. McIntosh lived in Delta for many years being one the families whose home was razed when the state took property for the site for Lake Delta Mrs. McIntosh had been a resident of Vernon for several year coming here. after the death of her daughter, Jennie, with whom she had made her home in Albany.
