I don't know how many of you start your day off as I do by reading the Utica Observer Dispatch at www.uticaod.com; however each Sunday you can read Frank Tomaino's "This Week in History". Today he includes a report of speeding horse-drawn sleighs causing many accidents in Utica in 1904, and the 80th anniversary of the Oneida County Bible society 114 years ago in 1890.
