Barbara, You can get a record copy form from the following link: http://www.dar.org/natsociety/content.cfm?ID=146&hd=n&FO=Y You will find a link at the bottom of the narrative to download the form you need to fill out to order a record copy. Alternative route to this same page incase the above link doesn't work: http://www.dar.org/natsociety/default.cfm Then click on Become a Member on the left side of the page. On the Become a Member page, scroll down to step two: Identify Your Patriot Ancestor and click on the Records Application Paper Copy Request. You can also request a lookup in the Patriot Index, which by the way, I can also do for you.
