I found a Rachel Russel - 1830 census New Hartford, Oneida Co, N Y She was aged 60 -70 and most likely died in Oneida County. We suspect she is the daughter of Jacob & Margaret Cronkhite and the widow of Winslow Russell. Any information on this Rachel Russel of Oneida Co would be most appreciated.
