I have a Photo of my dad, Police Officer Joseph Dea ("Dee", "Joe") Vosburgh taken in August 1940 standing beside the Utica Police Car 77 driven by Police Officer Johnnie Phelan. Would any descendants of Johnnnie Phelan like a copy of this photo? I also have a picture taken from a local, untitled, brochure, of the Utica Police officers including my dad.
