Hello All! I am Searching for anything I can on Betsy, my 4th great grandmother who married Horace M. SCOTT a physician born about 1798, NY he was a descendent of Amos SCOTT who came to Madison Co., NY early 1800's. Betsy and Horace SCOTT's daughter Almira V. SCOTT was my 3rd great grandmother. Almira's obit states that she was born June, 1840 at Bridgewater, Oneida Co., NY and that her mother (Betsy) died when she was just 4 years of age and a few years later came to Whitewater, Walworth Co., WI with her father and brothers. Her brothers were: Edmund E. SCOTT b. 1821, NY John H. SCOTT b. 1837, NY Thanks for any clues anyone can provide, I know my info on Betsy is sorta vague. Regards, Sandy
