I've always preferred to transcribe it myself from a photocopy of the original. I've always been very pleased with his service. The cost has gone up (what hasn't!) since I ordered my first from him, years ago, but it's well worth it -- certainly if you can't go to the local courthouse yourself to search and have copies made if you find anything.
