Sampubco does provide a good service but you can get the same documents he offers elsewhere cheaper. He uses LDS microfilms to copy the records. You can do the same. Using the index at sampubco you can also order the record yourself from the Oneida Co. Surrogate's Court. I ordered a will from the court and paid about $3 (including postage) for an 8 page will.
