The purpose of a Mailing List is to share information and not direct a respond to one individual. It might be better to clarify to the requester that they state the Surname, Given Name and include DOB, DOM (for both parties) and give the location of the marriage. Also that they have some connection or reason to believe it is the Episcopal Church. It sounds to me that most of these people have no idea what church archives they are seeking information from.
