    2. Thanks for this explanation about the name of Trenton - but isn't it Oldenbarneveld? We have letters from my Saltar/Mappa/Benjamin Walker ancestors/relatives written from "Trenton" from 1800 to around 1860. When was the name changed? We have a potential problem, too. I live in Jefferson City, Tennessee now (came back to my hometown to retire) yet we are rarely confused with the capitol of Missouri - Jefferson City! There is a major difference in size.     3. It was originally called Oldenbarneveld but is now just Barneveld.
