I am trying to find information on Harold James CLANCY. He is listed on Ancestry in the servicemen from Oneida county as Pvt US Marines Utica. Is there anyone in that area who would be able to get me information on him? I have tried the National Archives and since I don't have his service number they can't seem to find him. I know he was born in or around Franklin Springs in 1900. I will gladly pay for any paper work. Shirley
