Hello, According to Charles Ira Rose's Death Certificate, he was born in Oswego, New York on May 7, 1850. His parents were Orlando Rose and Mary Burges. Both were born in Oswego, NY. I have not been able to find the family in Oswego or anywhere. Charles Ira Rose showed up in Sodus, Wayne Co., married with two children in 1880. I am looking for Orlando and his wife, Mary Burges, who were born probably around 1820-1830 in Oswego. He was a fisherman, so I am looking along the waterways as well as the counties surrounding Oswego. If anyone might know of the family, please let me know. Thank you, Sincerely, Nancy Rose
