Hi! I have agrandparent who was born in Utica (as per ss-5) and I was wondering who I should write to for the cert? Oh she was born in 1908. Albany takes a good 9 months so I thought of the town clerk..then I noticed on the web page that there is a Utica Bureau of Vital stats if the event occurred in the city of Utica.
