Joan, I do not know of any old pictures, there might be some in the Oriskany Falls Library. As for employee records, I do know that Hathaway Shirts are still being made. The company left Oriskany Falls in the early 1940's, and moved their manufacturing to somewhere in the Carolinas. If you let me know the names of who you are looking for , I can look in my great-grandmother's scrapbooks and see if I can find anything from the Oriskany Falls newspaper that refers to them. Her scrapbooks cover Oriskany Falls from 1890-1919. Hope this helps.
