Dear Bob, Your e-mail via choicemotel.com bombed out - so here goes When I was a wee lad growing up in Vernon in the 50s, our milk was delivered by Mr Simmons of the Simmons Dairy Farm of Vernon Center. It's a bit distant from Annsville area & perhaps no connection. Still, he was a wonderful man. The farm was about 4 mi away and ran along the Sconondoa Creek. My buddies & I often rode our bikes to Simmons to swim in the creek. There was a long deep stretch which is probably all but a trickle now...pretty sure his name was Robert..... Dan
