My husband and I just visited the Rome area. We went up to the Westernville Cemetery. We had a really good experience. The man "Stewy Louie" who is care taker of the records lives in a house opposite the cemetery. He was very nice and we got to see all the records for the Growers buried in the cemetery. One of the Growers had even signed as sexton on all the records for like 30 years. We had a tougher time locating stones. The plotting of the cemetery is very old and difficult to read. If anyone has information on any of my families I would appreciate it. colette@mtaonline.net
