Dear members, Does anyone know which Rootsweb list would handle Cortland, NY and which would include Binghamton, NY? I've been told there were UNSELs in that area. My gggf lived in Utica during the time period 1855-60 and except for my immediate family, we knew of no other related UNSELs in the area. Am trying to find the sibs and roots on my gggf Baltus UNSEL.
