Would like to verify a marriage between my ancestor, Mary Louise Keech and a Henry Pexton, sometime between 1849 and 1856. A Henry Pexton is listed as living in Oneida County in the index for the 1860 Federal Census for New York. (Have been waiting for the census microfilm at my local Family History Center for a month.) They had a son, Henry G. Pexton, born 1856. By 1865, Mary Louise was a widow. If anyone has access to marriage records, I would greatly appreciate some help, since I live far off in Washington State.
