Hello Cherry Wrightsettlement (I think it's one word here) is just a few miles north east of Rome. It's just a crossroads now with a building which used to belong to the Grange and is now a church. There are a couple of houses but not much else. The address of the county courthouse in Rome is at 302 N. James St. Rome, NY 13440 or you might try the Rome Historical Society at 200 Church st.
