There is a Clark Mills. The county map shows it just west of Utica, zip 13321, post office boxes only. Intersecting roads are Clinton(32) Main st, Westmoreland. It is several miles north of the village of Clinton.Looks like best access is west on rt.5 from Utica and North on rte 32, or Westmoreland from nw Utica. Hope this helps. Dave Rafferty
