I am searching for any information regarding Thomas JAMES Sr. & wife Phebe JAMES who came from Wales to oneida county in 1841 and settled in the Floyd area ... Their children were John E. JAMES born in 1819 who ended up in Utica as a photographer from 1867 - 1881, William E. JAMES born 1835 who also became a photographer in the brooklyn area, Thomas JAMESJr. born 1829 who became a farmer in the Floyd area (marrying Mary EVANS) and 2 daughters who I don't have much information on.
