Agnes, There are some Peacocks buried at West Branch Cemetery, Town of Lee, Oneida Co. that came from Yorkshire. The rather new headstones read: Jonathan Peacock 1752 - 1828 York, England Pioneer Settler of Oneida Co 1805 Mabel Robinson 1759 - 1830 York, England Wife of Jonathan Jonathan is probably the J. She was the daughteer of Benjamin Gypson and Ellen Peacock who had been born in Yorkshire England and came to the US with some children but Zilpha was born here. Would like to know if anyone is searching the NALTON's,who might know more about Matthew, or anybody connected to either of these families. Have info to share. Nalton's were also English. There were several Matthew Naltons with father's named Thomas living about the same time in the same area, but need to know which is which Agnes E.
