Looking for any info on Cora LOWE CLARK, possible daughter of Charles H. Lowe from Madison/Oneida County. Her date of birth and death are unknown. Cora may have had 3 brothers: Fenton, Emery, Roscoe and 2 sisters: Libbie and the other unknown. She married George Clark and had, at least, one child Rena, born 12/25/1907 and died 10/19/1999 in Oneida. Rena married Thomas Franklin (first husband) and Joseph Franklin (second husband). She lived in Oneida all her life. She had 4 children: Kenneth Franklin, Hazel Franklin MILLER, Violet Franklin, Rena Franklin SCHMIDTKA. All are living in the Madison/Oneida County/Central NY area.
