Dear Folks, I would like your help please with the children of James Grove Jewett, born in Sangerfield, NY 1/29/1829, died 9/27/1913 in the Village of New Hartford and buried in Forest Hill Cemetery in Utica, NY. Harriet Maria Stillman , his first wife, was born 3/14/1831 in Whitesboro, NY, died 11/16/1899 in Chadwicks, NY and buried in Forest Hill Cemetery. On page 378 of the book, History and Genealogy of the Jewetts of America, James Grove is item number 3907 listed under children of David Langdon Jewett and Anna Kellog. The book, to the best of my knowledge does not mention him further as to descendants, etc. I would like help and advise about locating this information plesae. Does anyone have a newer volume of books, etc that might have Jewett material in them that they would be willing to a lookup for me please? I would apprecaite your help and advise please.
