Looking for confirmation that Orrin Kingsley, Jr., who lived in Florence and/or Annsville in early 1800s, served in the War of 1812. Are there any records of Oneida Co. that document service in and/or veterans of War of 1812? The National Archives has no record of him, but his gravestone indicates he was a veteran of the War of 1812. Please respond to me directly, and also to the list if you wish. Thanks.
