Audrey, I think you and others may have been misled by "information" taken from a website which parodies political events. They did this recently on the census. Go to http://www.theonion.com/onion3612/us_population.html The figure you listed below shows up on their "headline." In one way, this is a very funny article. However, taken out of context, which it appears this radio station did, the "news" is very misleading. I hope this clears things up.
