Looking for an Alva E. CHESEBRO , born Nov. 1852 in Michigan. In 1900 he is listed as a widower. In his household was a housekeeper, Bessie SHROEDER, born in July 1879. He was living in the Town of Sullivan, Madison County, NY. In 1905, this same Alva E. CHESEBRO was age 53, still located in the town of Sullivan, Madison County. THIS TIME THOUGH, he is married to his housekeeper, Bessie J. SHROEDER. They have a child together by the name of OLIVE B. CHESEBRO. Olive B. Chesebro was born abt. 1903. Just down the street on the 1905 census was an ANNA M. CHESEBRO, age 26. She was a house servant living in the home of Anson F. DANIELS, age 46 and his mother Ann DANIELS, age 78. This ANNA could possibly be the daughter of Alva E. CHESEBRO and his first wife. Who was the first wife? Who is this Alva E. born in Michigan in 1852 or thereabouts? Who were his parents?
