Does anyone have any information on a George KIRKBY who moved to the Utica area sometime in the 1850's? There is a note in the family archives that he made cutlery in Sheffield, England, and we recently heard of a knife which has "Joseph KIRKBY and Son, Sheffield" engraved on the blade. There may have been a branch of the family in Ontario. Any help would be appreciated!
