Patrick was born in Ireland abt. 1799 and came to the USA thru Canada. He married Nappie Moore first and then Mary E. Narey. The following children came from these marriages: Thomas R. Loftus, Peter Loftus, Patrick N. Loftus, Mary Ann Loftus, Margaret Ann Loftus McGoldrich, Augustus Loftus, Catherine Loftus Murray, Anthony Loftus, Attilia Loftus Cavanaugh and Bernard Loftus. These people settled in Highmarket, NY in Lewis County, but many of the children ended up in the Utica area. I am interested in information on any members of this family.
