Thanks Dan However,this was a hamlet not a village that was referred to as Munnsville. NY. I am very well aware of the Village that you are talking about. The place that I am referring to might even be Munnsville Corners, but is no where near the Area you are referring to. I did state a hamlet rather than a village in my original email to the list.Not even close to the Village. I lived for years near the area I'm talking about and it might not even be a place recorded except in org. local history. Sometimes in the past there wereas two places named the same and only one survived.
