This info comes from the book Moccasin Tracks to Ski Trails, The Story of the Town of Western. Delta 1790-1912 -- geographically the village spread into two town in Oneida County. The southeast corner of Lee and the southwest corner of Western. The north line of the town of Rome adjoining the south line of the village of Delta. The largest portion of the village was in the town of Lee.
