I've "rescued" an old photograph of Edward RECKNALL which was taken at the F.A. Moore Studio in Boonville, New York. I would guess that the photograph was taken in the 1890's or early 1900's and that Edward was in his 30's at the time. I believe that this may be a photograph of Edward RECKNALL b. 5 May 1873 and d. August 1971 at Vernon Center, NY. I'm hoping to locate someone from Edward's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family. Looking for any information on John Albert Bidwell b. 12/14 Aug. 1863/1864 in Paris, Onieda County, New york. John Albert Bidwell was adopted by Norman F. and Juliana (Tucker) Fenton date unknown. John Albert died 18 Mar. 1937 at Frewsburg, New York. He is buried in Frewsburg, New York Cemetary, without a tombstone. John Albert had three wives, Mary Ann McArthur, she was the daughter of Charles and Margaret McDermot McArthur, second Laura L. Abers of Jamestown, daughter of George and Nettie Lovell Abers, Third was Sarah Woodhaus, this mariage didn't last long as John was 54 and Sarah was 56 on the marriage license which was in Jamestown NY. John Albert with his first wife Mary Ann moved to Iona South Dakota in 1900 from Canada which is where Mary Ann was born, in Orilla?, Ontario, Canada, so I think they married there, date and place unknown. they had a daughter Juliana Beatrice Estella Bidwell b. Sally The last Census released was the Federal Census for 1930. The last New York State Census that was done was in 1925. Probably it was due to the depression coming in between at that time. But, there was not any other attempt after 1925 to do a New York State Census. Regards Pat R
