Dear Evelyn, et al: I remember that saying, too, but I never saw the creepy things myself! I loath bugs of any kind, but spiders don't bother me that much. When we had a nice warm spell a week ago, the box elder bugs came out, my cat had fun chasing them. He'll try and catch flies, too! We had a pretty nice house back in the 50's, but whenever we went to visit my mom's parents in Kansas, they had the pump in the kitchen sink, and there was a pump outside, but no outhouse, tho. Grandpa used to tell us kids stories about the days of outhouses, he was in one at one time, and my uncle pulled a prank on him and tipped the outhouse over! Needless to say, someone went to bed without dinner that night! Kim
