Vee & group: I put a container in the sink and I drain the grease into the container, then when it is full, I will toss it in the garbage. Course it'll be a container that I won't need anymore! We have a septic tank system so draining the grease down the drain is out of the question for us, too. Vee, your dinner sounds yummy, it made me hungry just reading about it! Kim
