Everytime I read through one of Phoebe's diaries, I'm amazed. We have it so easy today, I couldn't imagine some of the girls of today living in the 1850's. They would be shocked at what they would have to do. Even I am shocked at what Phoebe's daily life was like. Could you imagine Phoebe seeing some of the clothing, or lack thereof that some young women wear? I can probably say that she wouldn't approve!! Kim
