While I am sure it is not the most comfortable thing, I think that waitresses and waiters should still be required to wear hairnets. I feel it promotes more cleanliness. I am none too thrilled when I see a food handler 'messing with' his or her hair. I well remember when the nets were required, but I don't know when the law was changed. Nor do I know why. Leslie
