Sorry I took so long to get back to you I have sent out a note every night but must have done something wrong because they keep comming back (computer Stupid) oh well let me catch you all up. Vee has C.O.P.D. caused from smoking when she was having a hard time breathing they say it is a flair up can be caused by weather or a cold she is on oxygen and as far as I understand if it doe's not get much better she will go home on oxygen. When I saw her yesterday she seemed to be breathing a little better but still far from where she needs to be. A few of you have asked for the VA address it is Department of Veterans Affairs 3495 Bailey ave , Buffalo N.Y. 14215-1129 My segustion if you are sending a card just send it to her home address for i pick up her mail and take it to her every day.
